These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Locations Wallet mobile application and website
(www.locationswallet.com), operated by IMS Developers (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using Locations Wallet, you confirm that:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account

You are fully responsible for:

  • All activities under your account

You must NOT:

  • Share locations without proper consent
  • Use the app for harassment, abuse, or illegal activities

  • Upload harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content

5. Location Sharing Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for any location you share
  • Shared locations may be accessed by recipients, including non-users
  • Location links are valid for a limited time (24 hours)

We are not responsible for:

  • Misuse of shared locations
  • Unauthorized access caused by user actions

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Locations Wallet are owned by IMS Developers, including:

  • Software
  • Design
  • Branding

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service
  • Use our intellectual property without prior written permission

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service; however:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Restrict access without prior notice if misuse is detected

Users may:

  • Delete their account at any time

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
  • We are not responsible for:
  • Loss of data
  • Unauthorized access
  • Misuse of shared locations

Use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMS Developers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the service

  • Your infringement of any rights of others

12. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Users may delete their accounts at any time
  • Certain data may remain stored as required for system integrity or legal compliance

13. Third-Party Services

The application may rely on third-party services (e.g., maps functionality).

We are not responsible for:

  • The availability or accuracy of third-party services
  • Any issues arising from their use

14. International Use

The service is operated from the United Arab Emirates but may be used globally.
Users are responsible for complying with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
